• Conducted a detailed analysis of their existing website to identify UX/UI pain points, focusing on usability, visual hierarchy, and alignment with the client’s brand identity.

• Designed an updated layout to emphasize their core services, including weddings, events, and floral arrangements, ensuring these offerings were prominently featured and easy to explore.

• Created custom inquiry forms tailored for weddings and events to streamline client communication and gather detailed information upfront.

• Implemented responsive design techniques to ensure seamless browsing across all devices, enhancing accessibility and user satisfaction.

• Streamlined navigation and optimized content structure to guide users effortlessly to service pages, galleries, and booking options, while reducing bounce rates.

• Enhanced the website's performance with optimized images and lightweight code to improve loading speeds.

• Incorporated engaging visuals and modern typography to elevate the aesthetic appeal and reflect Thyme Studio’s premium services.

• Added a “Notes and Message” feature on product pages, allowing customers to include specific instructions or special requests, shortening communication time with the florist and improving order accuracy.
